Comprehensive functional assessment
When you need to understand quickly what is happening with your body and energy, an express wellness assessment is the best choice. It helps to organise information about the current load on your body, your stress level and the areas of health that need attention.
Prevention is often what matters most – catching an issue at an early stage. When we see something that does not yet show as physical symptoms but already appears as a lack or excess of energy, we can respond by adjusting lifestyle and diet. The aim of the assessment is not to make a diagnosis, but to help you understand what to discuss with your doctor and what to pay attention to in order to avoid more serious complications.

What we can look at in one consultation
- different areas of health: the physical level (organ systems), the emotional level (psychological stress and ability to adapt), energy centres and the aura (biofield), and the influence of environment and nutrition on your body,
- a holistic map of the body and the areas that need particular attention,
- a psychological and physiological profile as a basis for adjusting lifestyle, stress, nutrition and environment,
- the activity of the energy centres (chakras) and the emotional, mental and psychological influences acting on them.
We discuss all results in the context of your lifestyle, how you feel and what you came with.
How the assessment works
- 1we clarify your goal in conversation,
- 2we carry out a non-invasive measurement and analysis with a device chosen for your goal (Aureola Sensitive Imago, Healy, TimeWaver),
- 3we go through the results and identify the areas to focus on,
- 4you receive recommendations on lifestyle and next steps.
What you get
A detailed review of the results during the session and practical preventive recommendations.
